Holiday Extravaganza with Magician Mark Zacharia

Abracadabra! On December 16th, Magician Mark Zacharia visited the library for a Holiday magic show. Mark amazed the audience with his tricks and slights of hand and even gave out kazoos to everyone at the end of the performance.

Thanksgiving origami

On Thursday, November 19th, origami artist Ayako Brodek visited the Library for a presentation of Thanksgiving paper folding. Members of the craft club made turkeys, leaves and pumpkins to decorate their homes for the holiday. Gobble gobble!

Pumkpin Party 10/28

A ghoulish group of children and adults visited the library on Wednesday, Oct 28th for the annual Halloween Pumpkin Party. The pumpkins were adorned with ribbon, felt, stickers, yarn, and even hair! A candy corn counting contest was held and spooky snacks were served. What a frightful afternoon of fun!

Fort Lee Library Drama Club

The Drama Club presented a play, "It Could Always be Worse" during the End of Summer party on August 24th. Club members met and practiced once a week for 8 weeks during the summer. Great job, actors!

Summer Reading Club Carnival

Summer Reading Club members were invited to a End of Summer party on August 24th. The fun included carnival games, snacks, a book raffle, and lots of prizes. Way to go Fort Lee readers!

The Children's Room presented an Interactive Concert with Presley and Melody on Wednesday, August 12th. This special show gave everyone the chance to sing, dance and be a part of the fun!

Juggler Jen Slaw!

On Wednesday, August 5th, the very talented juggler Jen Slaw came to visit the library. Miss Slaw amazed the audience with her action packed routine, including juggling balls and clubs, spinning plates, ribbon twirling and much more. A few lucky audience members got to help out and perform a few tricks of their own!
